Everybody is talking about doing something about that but nobody is doing anything
sigh
Everybody is talking about doing something about that but nobody is doing anything
Ohhhh, thanks for letting me know!
I downloaded the mobile app but it’s asking me for E-Mail straight away and there’s no way to select my own server… What gives?
You missed OVH and DOS
I was born INTO THIS
fuck nginx and fuck its configuration file with an aids ridden spoon, it’s everything but easy if you want anything other than the default config for the app you want to serve
Piped and invidious do, via Yattee
That’s because Microsoft has patented window snapping. Third party apps are still there because they aren’t worth chasing.
How do you handle the forwarded port change on every reconnect and updating it in qbt?
I just did it! Thank you so much! I failed so many times in the past but this took a few hours and now I have that perfect setup that I always wanted.
What the actual fuck
How do you even encrypt a server so that it doesn’t require human intervention every time it goes down/restarts?
8TB SATA SSD can be had for less than $300
I can’t remember the last time I laughed this much
I’m sorry but why would you do this
I’d recommend the QVO for storage needs, and I’ve seen 8TB versions go for $400 so I’d say it’s insanely cheap considering it’s still an SSD and saturates the SATA protocol.
Your local network is probably 1Gbit or 2.5Gbits so you’ll be good with SATA as an aux drive, say a Samsung 870 QVO. I’d recommend running a smaller NMVe as your main one.
Definitely option 2 due to its simplicity and speed gains, but take some time to consider your needs and size the partitions accordingly.
Unifi + OpenWRT goes hard tho
