Was the treatment full body, once every three months? I’ve thought about this for about 15 years but it seemed like it would take forever. Probably less than 15 years tho… This would be amazing.
This is a recording.

Also same. I haven’t had anything to do with them since 2013 but they still somehow sent me an email. Not sure it is worth following up in, tho.
Hmm dang I got an email from ATT about this, and the last I had them was for a landline in 2013… Can’t believe they keep data for this long.
Sorry this happened to you.
In my mind, it is a challenge when I have to navigate a touch screen to change the heat setting on this new work vehicle 🤨
My supplier also ships the looseleaf in bags that are supposedly back yard compostable. Lots of options for loose leaf, better tea maybe, too.
I worked for a billionaire once, on a ranch doing housekeeping. I didn’t do work on their house normally, but reflecting after reading this, and them being “left leaning,” they didn’t have any idea of humanity. For me, the job was fine, but I can see now that I was just a number at best.
Working as a delivery driver in A Wrinkle in Time?
I can’t believe this King of Kong dude is still around, holy cow what a butt.
As another US-based mail order tea drinker, you’re likely going to have to stop using Amazon. There are some domestic sources, and some international that ship here. Will it be cheaper? No. And you may have to try a somewhat different brew. But you shouldn’t face these problems and there are some great teas to be had 😋
There are a few tea forums on different instances but they’re pretty dead. One or two have sourcing options, tho! I’ve used stash for a long time, but I drink loose leaf. Not sure about their bagged. I’ve heard Arbor is good, too, but haven’t tried them.
I am assuming you are dealing with 1099 income. As someone who had that 15+ years ago and didn’t understand some things, I really hope you understood while earning that you have to pay both your portion of Social Security, and your “employer” would pay since you are your employer (even tho it’s BS in this case). I didn’t and owed a huge amount of money. Over US$3k. And I was making $10/hr so that was a lot. I had to get another job to pay it. I hope you’ll be ok and are happy with what you do!
That website is lame. You can reject cookies, but then it just tells you you they are required. THAT is mildly infuriating, not trying some minor visual tricks to hide an antenna.
The only thing that is infuriating about this is that it stands up the same way I do when I first wake up.
This is interesting, and connected to the website that predates Wikipedia, https://www.aaroads.com/ ! I never really thought about the folks who ran that site, what a large amount of time and effort they have spent. And to do Wikipedia, also.
It does seem like these sort of hard rules will always come up against hard walls. There has to be some flexibility it seems.
Wow, big memory trip! It was os/2 warp, I saw that package and knew it!
Dad worked for IBM in the 70s, no surprise. I also remember him having an OS box with a penguin on it but I don’t believe he ever installed it. ~95ish.
This is funny because 2008 is also when I got stuck on it. Interesting read, thanks for sharing!
Gosh my dad ran that in the early 90s. Was that Linux? He was then and still is a Microsoft person.
I’m in the US and a lot of quality, locally made tortillas come in bags with a twist tie. I just fold/roll them over and put them in the cabinet. I also eat about three or four a day, they are my bread.
I tried this for the same reasons about ten years ago (college, free, etc) and found it to be essentially an insurmountable challenge. It’s a bummer since they support Linux in other ways.
Maybe it is easier now.
Here’s am older post with a longer article. Pretty interesting I think! And would be very helpful to many people and probably other animals, too.
That’s good feedback, thanks!
