1 year agoThat’s a weird thing to say. I’d be more worried about whether the refugees will want to go back after the war, to help rebuild the country, or stay in their new lives. As refugees, they may or may not have a choice, but on the other hand, countries might want the skilled workers. The longer the war goes on, the more established they could become elsewhere.
Pay them more, entice more people to work, less workload per teacher.
