You mean the other side that has been building up and supporting these systems that keep them “powerless”, even when they have had power? The same side that keeps capitulating and trying to “reach accross the isle”?

Even worse is: “Here’s a link to where I found the solution”

How do you like them? How long have you had them?

Mine eventually did too :(
I’m on the lookout for better headphones, but I feel like I’m going to be stuck with a cable for a while, since BT is so bad

This happens all the time with my PineBuds. It’s infuriating

I can’t say for certain, but it screams “middle-management justifying their MBA salary” to me.

You can also give yourself equipment and money, if you set yourself up as a GM

I have one as well, and it’s so much fun. It’s pretty much just for my SO and me, but sometimes I have friends join. It’s super cool having GM commands and all that.
Good work, I hope you have fun with it!
I like supporting my creators. I don’t pirate music, because Bandcamp is a thing, and I don’t pirate video games because GoG is a thing. I also subscribe to Patreon and the like.
What I don’t like is giving my money to shitty companies that try to tell me how I am allowed to manage/retain/consume that media.

But it’s never enforced. I get a lot of spam from US companies that don’t have working unsubscribe mechanisms, and I report it all the time, but nothing is ever done about it.

It’s always been super spotty for me. Sometimes it doesn’t work for a few hours, sometimes for a few days. It usually ends up working again after a bit. I ended up moving to mostly using yt-dlp instead, as it’s more consistent. I don’t know of a more reliable phone-option tho :(

I use LUKS and backup to a usb-drive that I have at home. I rsync those backups to my work once a week. Not everyone can backup to their office, but as others have said, backing up to a friend/family member’s house is doable. The nice thing about rsync is that you can limit the bandwidth, so that even though it takes longer, it doesn’t saturate their internet connection.

I love it when I have a mouse. It’s terrible on modern touchpads though :(

Let me donate directly to Firefox development. Stop giving their terrible executives giant piles of money.

The unsubscribe button from audiobooksnow.com gives me a 404. I’m guessing that’s not by accident. Fuck them, never buy from them unless you want a bunch of spam

I use rsync for a similar system. One of the nice things is that you can set a bandwidth limit so that it doesn’t saturate your family’s internet connections.
I have it integrated with a few things:
What did you use for RAG? I’ve been getting interested in that, and could use a few pointers.
