I know Christian mentioned he wouldn’t port Apollo to Lemmy, but I haven’t given up hope just yet!

I’d actually love if companies/products/software went back to forums and other specialized means to get support. I hate when they refer to Reddit or worse, Discord.

I used Apollo. Now I’m only using it to check whether Christian Selig commented on anything, but nothing more than that.

I plan to nuke my last remaining Reddit account on June 30th.

This version is constantly freezing up for me. I click two buttons only for it to freeze for 10 seconds.

So what’s faster? A Core 7 or a Core Ultra 5?

We had a lot of fun with V Rising. It’s a bit like Diablo I’d say, but with base building and crafting and the level is based entirely on gear, so if someone misses a few sessions you can just craft one extra set of the latest armor you unlocked and they are on your level instantly.

I like smaller smartphones (say, the iPhone 12/13 mini), but 3 inches is a bit too tiny for modern mobile apps if you ask me.

Same-screen, but: PlateUp!

It’s nice if you already have GFN, but I wouldn’t say it’s a killer feature, as you can already stream Game Pass games with xCloud at no additional cost anyways, right?

In case of Diablo IV in my opinion Blizzard has a good track record of keeping game servers online for years and years.

That being said, the game does have some weird server hopping mechanic that you can’t turn off, meaning it seems to switch servers while you’re playing, which isn’t always as seamless as you’d hope it would be. Also, at least for me, it sometimes selects servers with >100ms latency, which is quite noticeable of course.

At $0.24 per 1,000 API calls, this must be the most inefficient backend code to ever exist if that’s “fair pricing” as opposed to ridiculous pricing.
