Just finished Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley This game is alright. Great visual style. Passable gameplay and nice music. Writing is quite simplistic but endearing with nostalgia. This is definitely a love letter to Moomin franchise. I loved to see Snufkin, Mini My and The Groke on screen with some cute cutscenes. I wouldn’t recommend this game if you aren’t already invested into Moomins. I enjoyed my time meeting beloved characters once again.

It seems active on the surface, but as you added recently votes that count towards activity, the majority of activity is just that. Empty votes. The number of comments per week is at least a magnitude greater on The Other instance than on this one.

This community served it’s purpose before reddit exodus and now it should be killed as times have changed.

I liked the episode. Some complex story elements but I am worried that instead of cowboy bepop wibes we will get mecha but human sized; of wich I am not a fan.

I hope the character dynamic will be good. We have got some scenes but not very much.

I am a sucker for sci-fi/cyberpunk. I think I inhaled too much hopeium.

I really liked the jumbled mess of the story. It felt like complex story told in a complex way. For me it felt refreshing from all the isekais that have simple story told in a simple way.

I don’t think director wanted us to already have motivation of our characters. They wanted us to guess. Does antagonist want all those nectars for money or to control androids?

I have tried to get into the comic one time but it didn’t click for me. I will see how the anime will keep my attention. First episode was ok. There were couple of great animation moments.

This is straight up fanservice

I really like the character dynamic between the group. The motivation was very clearly established and the food just wants to escape from my screen straight into my stomach. Very similar to Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill where the food is animated so over the top.

In the future I will need to establish a strategy for watching this show as a mealtime entertainment. This can’t be watched without food.

The same studio that made spy x family. Great story in part 1 + 2 but subpar animation and now in the middle we (hopefully) will get great adaptation.
