I’m h this looks cool. Do you play? Any idea about steam deck compatibility?

I only recently played the first game an absolutely loved it. I didn’t realize the second was so close to coming out. Can’t wait. I know review scores tend to be inflated messes but this overwhelming positivity has me even more hyped.
I don’t but thanks for letting me know! My poor Xbox Series S just sits under the tv unused. :| one of the reasons I’m thinking of grabbing the game for 8 dollars. I have all three major consoles and a steam deck and everything gets used except the Xbox.
I just finished Alan Wake 2 yesterday. I think it was pretty flawed but still an overall enjoyable experience. Alan Wake 1 is one of my favorite games of all time though so I may be biased and overlooking some flaws.
I’ve never played Quantum Break and see it’s on sale on Xbox right now. I might pick it up to play it I’ve played just about everything else Remedy has touched. I have the game on steam but I’ve heard the steam deck is only a so-so experience compared to Xbox for this title.
I’ve tried playing since release on PlayStation. Haven’t gotten a full squad and it seems impossible to solo on normal. I’ll be trying to lower the difficulty tonight.
And I know I’m only on the first map, a boiler room but so far it’s pretty boring. All three levels/chapters on this map have been the same just with more and more mobs to fight and more things to repair. I think there are some fun ideas. (Repairs with kit versus without being different for example). But the worst part is this map doesn’t feel like the oldest house at all. I’m hoping if I can make it to the next map I’ll start to see some inspired map designs or other players.
Majorly bummed because I love Remedy.

I agree with the glasses component. This tech will be so cool once it can integrate with what I already wear daily. Just like the watch.

I don’t think these were released with the goal of relevance. I think they were released for “innovators” to get their hands on and to gage interest for broader implementation.
Basic product lifecycle like I don’t even think these are for the “early adopters” these are for the “innovators” or what ever the first part of product lifecycle is.

Yeah I definitely remember oblivion gates being a drag, but I only ever did the main campaign on one character so I never bothered with them on subsequent plays. Anyone know if the new version modifies the gates at all?

Yeah. I backed a board game recently on Kickstarter poor guy shared in a new update he got hit with a 60k charge bringing over stock for a previous release. Like shit man that’s awful for a small business.

It’s like the circle of life. Children start with console, move on to PC, return to console. Then LAN parties in the nursing home. I’ll touch back if I can ever afford to retire and let yall know.

Damn. Yeah that sounds good. Thanks for the heads up.

I play on console mostly these days.

Insane congrats. I love DCsS and haven’t touched it in a few months. Didn’t know they reworked Mahleb, maybe you’ve given me some encouragement to play.
I haven’t won in a while.

Jesus. Sub 800 deaths is super impressive. Good job friend.

I really wish I liked Mk1 better. The seasons were so abysmally boring I put the game down when it was time to grind the third one.
Online was fine, never had any netcode problems but the game just didn’t feel fun. I did not enjoy the air combos as much as I thought I would and Kameo timing while learnable never felt good to me. Graphics and campaign story were fine though. I’m waiting for Khaos Reigns to go on a deep discount for me to grab it just for the campaign.

Interesting I just saw another handheld Linux device on YouTube earlier today that is launching soon. Namely the Pilet. I’m kinda interested in something like this. Though I’m not sure for what.

These seem to go away the next day don’t they?
My problem is I don’t live where it thinks I do for local news and it won’t let me change it.
Darksouls 1 makes the most sense, it’s where most fans started.

I recently built a small hitbox style controller as well. Really fun to play on. Still bad at the game though lol. I am finding this a lot easier on my hands and wrists.
Well when you put it like that that makes sense lmao.
