Yes this legislation would kill all the smaller sites on the internet, and that’s exactly the point. They wouldn’t be able to support the overhead for it so they’d all have to host on the big players.

That’s the problem. Capitalism isn’t happy with making a decent profit. It needs to maximize the profit by cutting everything else.

I’m gonna say a squirrel or cat or something too. It’s far more likely than an Amazon guy with a fully packed delivery schedule taking time out of his day to mess with your grass for some reason.
