Thanks for this. I’m always confused by the layout and this tend to stick to putting things in the same places, even if they’re wrong :)

Same. I actually feel like I remember the professor of my only unix class saying that. Hoping I’m wrong.
Can you recommend one that is correct? I use pop_os (Ubuntu) and Arch. Kinda curious about either one
I saw a woman use her phone constantly for a comedy show that she was also more than 30 minutes late for. I couldn’t understand why she even came and it was incredibly distracting for me.
Infuriating. I’m thankful honestly when I’ve been to shows that force you to put your phone in a secured container that you cannot access during the show. Makes it a million times better
And if you mention in a review that a business did something illegal they will silently hide your review from the public but still show it to you if you’re logged in. Happened to me once. Confirmed my theory by removing the word “illegal” and it showed back up in a few minutes in my private tab.
edit: lol someone downvoted this.
I guess that’s possible
Edit: Actually no, unlikely. The url refers to “hire vue” which seems to be the provider of the interview service
I know someone recently hired with at&t and it does not sound like a good gig, so I’d consider it a blessing they showed their colors up front

I read the post as “dreadlock” like three times in a row lol. I have been employed as a developer for many years and I don’t think I’ve ever heard of “deadlock” as a named concept until now. The more you know.
But I’m INFURIATED tho!
