3 months agoI’m really excited about how great KDE has become in recent years. It was getting scary back when KDE4 had lots of problems and gnome3 was devoid of all functionality. Nowadays KDE makes the Linux desktop truly a pleasure to use.

2·4 months agoA UDM-pro might be a good option in addition to some of the other suggestions here.
I tried new outlook once and it was such a fucking disaster I’m still shaking from it 6 months later. It was also a giant pain to go back to classic.
2·9 months agoI wish they’d release them at the same time like MS does with their first party stuff. Some of the Sony games take years to come to PC.

The one folder where this is really painful is the WindowsApps for Windows store stuff. I had one situation where I reinstalled Windows and I had a couple of hundred gigs of games in a WindowsApps folder. The new install wouldn’t use the folder, so it became wasted space. The new install also wouldn’t let me delete / reclaim the directory no matter how much dicking around with permissions I did. I think I had to kill it from either Linux or a USB Windows installer command prompt.
This happened to me when I received a cell for work. I ended up fully silencing the phone and giving important co-workers my personal number instead. The spam calls have only recently started to slow down… I’ve had the number for 10 years.
