None that they send you is unique to you.
By not transporting via https you can not be sure about that, because you can’t be sure it’s them sending you the data.
An injecting proxy could add ads, or scams to the content.
It may not make a difference on the sending end, but it does on the receiving end.

What if I’m only role-playing for the skins?
What I discovered upon closer inspection, however, is that Omarchy’s firewall doesn’t actually run, despite its pre-configured ruleset.

It may depend on the country and state, but with a lack of heirs, it likely goes to the state like all other possessions. I’m no expert on this, though.

If you make a good effort to identify, locate, and contact copyright holders, but the path runs cold, can you disregard copyright? Maybe by claiming fair use or lack of traceable copyright?
Trademark requires active use. I don’t believe there’s such a thing for copyright. Are there limits other than regular fair use and documented year expiration?

I was irritated by this statement too, but the sentence continues with “but only if it looks like Robocop”.
I don’t know about the Robocop reference, but the author seems to agree that it’s merely pseudo futuristic. IMO in the worst, most absurd way possible.

For another five years
They have an interesting concept. I would have liked more info on who’s behind it, to assess expertise, and how they identify issues to patch. Only public CVE? Are those always fixable with micro patches?

Bad-ass means the opposite. Does this mean it’s not arcade or a bad-ass arcade category implementation? I assume they mean the latter. It just doesn’t make sense.

The harasement from the hyperland project got so bad they are banned from FreeDesktop.org and I’ve seen how many talented people gave up on working on the Linux ecosystem because of that.
Just to clarify, you mean the harassment alienated contributions, not the freedesktop ban, right?

Signed by an attourney. Is that normal, that “evidence collection” doesn’t go through a court or state protection?

I wouldn’t mind not being able to pronounce so much as remembering or even typing the name.

Video title says day 69 - nice; was that day 69 within a new theme/stream theme or something?

Most probably don’t care or don’t know, and hence, will fall for it.

China isn’t Saudi Arabia, and Trump collective media control efforts hasn’t reached gaming yet. Tiktok was China ownership reduction from 40-20 percent, while China still retains algorithm control. This one is a buy.
It’s an opposite movement of ownership between countries, yes, but every different overall and in the details.
The Haiket website doesn’t seem to disclose anything about the people, company, org, or group behind it.
The privacy policy does not disclose them as processors by name either.
The privacy policy GDPR section does not talk about shared information, presumably because they don’t because they can’t without consent, but the California section says:
Implying a default no-explicit-consent selling of personal and sensitive personal information outside of the GDPR regions.
