Is a laptop really a good choice for a home server?
What are the pro/cons vs a mini computer like a raspy or sort of? Is it trivial to keep the laptop always on without closing the lid?

Encouraged one of my friends to install Mint and upgraded my Lenovo Yoga to MX. Both of us are happy.

How stable is this rack? Would that be a good frame for building a 3d printer table?
Not all! Just one or two per file.
I never had a satisfying experience with EOP but I finally discovered Ethernet over Coax. Since I installed them: reliable fast connections and no downtimes.
If you have coax plugs in the needed rooms, try that instead. (I went with bridges from Giga copper).

Just curious: This is a toy?
I mean… if a kid holds up this toy to a cop, what would be the most positive outcome?
Edit: I know, karma isn’t a thing here. But could anyone just explain, why I’m getting downvoted for?
Check out my whitespace:
Thanks. Maybe another pro is, that it also comes with a screen, if ssh fails.
