Holy shit. I’ve been wondering about this for so long
Looking forward to “Backyard Ultimate Team” and all it’s associated micro transactions

Sure, you don’t need it but it sure made it easier for me and helped me understand what I was lacking
That’s what I was thinking too. Regretting investing so heavily in Nvidia for sure right now
I think I agree with you. I was honestly extremely tempted to buy a PS5 for the single player sequels Sony’s put out recently (Horizon FW, God of War R, and SM 2) but it’s become clear they’re all coming to PC so fuck it I can be patient.
Here’s hoping Sony wises up and greenlights a PS5 (with a lil PC side release) remaster of Bloodborne
How is this the end of the cycle? Is it because there are rumored mid-cycle upgrades like the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X coming soon, or have console cycles really shortened from 7/8 years to 4?
I got my brother, who is not Linux-savvy, set up playing Clone Hero on his Steam Deck while I was thousands of miles away and it played with no input lag basically out of the box on SteamOS. If you’re looking for a good Guitar Hero experience on Linux with lots of custom songs, Clone Hero is for you.
If you’re looking for Guitar Hero with characters, venues, and no input lag on Linux I have nothing to suggest. :/
So if the ancestry of programming languages can be traced back like C# => C++ => C => B Then what came before B?
I named my daughter Rubyonrails
We call her “On” for short
I’ll definitely check out Endeavor. A lot of people are suggesting it. I’m far from ready to install a distro without assistance. I struggle hard enough when I have a GUI to work with already lol
I’m surprised I didn’t see any reference to EndeavourOS when I was looking for alternatives to SteamOS, but with how many people here have recommended it I’ll be sure to see if I’m able to work with that
This is a fantastic guide. Thank you so much! I’ll be sure to try this
Yeah I’ve seen notes around the internet about Gamescope. I’ll be sure to look further into that when I get the OS working. Thanks for the tip
I bought and still own a Razer Sixense Hydra. I would 100% have bought this thing had I owned a gaming PC back in 2007
If you’ve never played Super Space ________ and you’re looking for local split screen games I highly recommend it. It’s an amazing blend of competitive and cooperative design that’s always fun and chaotic. And it’s free! But it’s not on Steam since it’s a collegiate project. Link
From what I’ve heard of Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, that’s a very similar game but I haven’t tried it.

“It’s not about PR, it’s about those teams… I have to run a sustainable business so they’re on their own because I say so.”
My life has definitely gotten better since I started doing this. Local restaurants are almost universally better anyways
It sounds like it could be so cool. Asymmetrical multiplayer has so many unexplored possibilities.
BUT
Arkane had never developed a co-op game before Microsoft got their hands on them and we all saw how Redfall did. I have to remain cautiously optimistic about this
