He will probably be back in a few days.
Just watch Star Trek Enterprise instead… :)
I will just come by your house, asking for 1000 dollars, every morning and evening, until you give it to me then.
Easiest solution is to give me the money, man.

An ordinary sftp server. No reason for this to be web based.

You dont need to test on different Linux distributions. All that matters is what kernel its running. That is the one that is detecting your headset.
Just so you know for the future. You can actually just install the latest kernel instead of trying different distros.

Probably not that much. The beta is really new.

Yeah try it again now, I noticed how tiling seemed a bit laggy in the beginning but that has improved. I run the latest git version available in the arch repos.

Nvidia?
Even though they have been getting better now.

Yeah its my daily driver for a month. I think its great. I set all windows to tile and use hotkeys to switch between workspaces. No bugs from what I can tell.
There are flags to disable things, like pulseaudio or whatever, so its not even included in the binary. Which means its 100% safe against vulnerabilities in that piece of code since its not inside the binary at all.
Actually plasma uses less resources than xfce. Not many people seem to know this, but its both better looking and more efficient.
You also get full Wayland support. So I would actually recommend plasma, but both can be installed and tried since we are blessed with choice in the Linux world.

Ok but the game is so full of cheaters its not even worth playing.
Yeah. :) 100% tariffs on data transfers out of American Web Services…
Leta give it to Trump and Elon Musk, they will take good care of it… Lol.
Trump will isolate aws to America only, claiming other countries are ripping him off.
Aws becomes American Web Services.

Just ask people here, people just love anyone who switches over to Linux and want to learn about it. Because we actually love this operating system. Its so good.
When my kid started using Linux, once he knew how to start programs and install things, we went through where the files are on the file system and how to get there in a terminal. I think thats a good starting point so you understand the foundation of the system.
And then go though a basic Linux command line tutorial to learn about the common tools for listing files, filtering results, renaming and deleting files etc.
You can do that stuff in a graphical file manager too but you dont really get that understanding of how things work until you do it in the terminal.
You wanted a real arch distro?
I pretty much cant run anything else, i get so frustrated with all the workarounds that are simply not needed on arch. It has native packages for almost anything.
Thats great but im not sure its very specific to bazzite. Ive been gaming on arch for many years and all games work, pretty much. :)
Have you tried to install apps from the arch AUR? Im curious if they follow the system theme and if they are found by the system launcher as ordinary apps. They are running in a container so i wonder if that makes them behave differently. Flatpaks can have the same issues.
I think people just dont know how good it is. The apt system with fixed versions is super annoying compared to arch. I have never felt that i need to stay on some old version of software ever. Sure there has been a few times when some version is bugged and then I just stayed on a old version for a few weeks, which is very easy to do with pacman.
I think people who self host are the only ones who knows they services wont just disappear, their accounts wont get locked and their data wont be shared with big tech.
Others can wake up one day and not have access to their stuff anymore, and have nothing they can do about it.
How mad is it to just rent access to your movies, or documents, and it can go away at any moment?
