Icewind Dale, Planescape Torment, Neverwinter Nights are other Beamdog remasters available on Android (and BGII) and play great. Baldur’s Gate Dark Alliance and KOTOR are also on Android. I enjoyed those back in the day but I have not played the Android ports specifically.

Answering my own question here, I just found “Grim Quest” to be very enjoyable. No Graphic overload and therefore Batterie leach but a simple yet thought out interface, great dark setting.
