I’ve been waiting on these chillies for two years, and they never produced. I’ve been distracted by legal and financial shit the past two years, so I wasn’t paying proper attention. Then I realized the chillies were killed by helicopter tree seeds and I’ve been cultivating trees.


If you try again I cannot recommend wood chip mulch highly enough. After you plant your seeds, cover with a few inches.
The wood chips help the soil retain moisture, reduce temperature fluctuation, and deter unwanted seeding
This makes sense. And weirdly, I actually have woodchips that have been in the garage for almost 2 years that we were going to throw out. Thanks for this tip.
