Senior PiS figures expressed their support for banning what they call “eugenic abortions”. In2016, Kaczyński declared that he would “strive to ensure that even very difficult pregnancies, when the child is condemned to death, is severely deformed, will endin birth, so that the child can be christened, buried, given a name”.
They are doing this under the guise of protecting souls, as if that is something that government should concern itself with.
