Also some of these can’t be launched from trucks (they’re literally just big trucks), so this means they’re not as worried about the security of their larger launch stations that are more vulnerable to satellite etc and need crane reloads. Perhaps they feel US interceptor stockpiles are low enough to now to risk using the big rockets.
