Forty countries gathered in The Hague on Wednesday to discuss coordinated measures aimed at enforcing international law in Palestine, as governments warn that Israel’s expanding settlement activity in the occupied West Bank amounts to de facto annexation.
The meeting, co-chaired by South Africa and Colombia and convened under the umbrella of The Hague Group, brought together governments from across the Global South and beyond to seek ways to translate political statements into concrete state action.
Founded in January 2025, The Hague Group was established to coordinate international legal responses to Israel’s policies in the occupied Palestinian territories and its genocide in Gaza.
Let me guess, they will either do nothing after issuing a nonbinding Strongly Condemning Declaration or just do nothing?
It’s simple. Build up the Palestinian state.
Security assurance against Israeli incursion, and for sovereign borders. Investment into Palestinian owned infrastructure.
Zionism is the concentration of political power in Palestine to Jewish colonizers. Its antithesis is political power belonging to Palestinians.
The thing that zionists fear the most is becoming Palestinian
Seems to me that the proper response is to issue an evacuation notice, then bomb the fuck out of Tel Aviv.
Why destroy the infrastructure and pollute the land? There should be a better way, right? 🤔
In an ideal world, antisematism wouldn’t be a thing at all, Jews could live in peace and prosperity anywhere they choose, and the state of Israel would lose any reason to exist. But somehow Israel needs to be stopped in a matter of days right now. Is it bad to destroy infrastructure and pollute the land to save lives, as well as stop the greater destruction and pollution elsewhere?
America vetoes
Oh, time to issue one of those Easily Ignorable Arrest Orders, right?
