    Lol and do what with the info? Fast food service has insane turnover already due to employees making shit wages and being treated horribly by managers and customers alike. So you’ve already preselected for employees that dont give a FUCK about anything.

    You know, even if there’s backlash, all that will happen is they’ll backtrack temporarily until the heat dies down. Then they’ll go ahead and implement this anyway.

      In high school, we had a script to answer the phone: “It’s another great day at Boston Market, how can I help you?”

      This was my first experience with malicious compliance. We weren’t told the intonation we should use, so “great day” dripping with sarcasm at the end of a double-shift technically passed.
