Sounds a lot like that claptrap about brown people uniting to take over the world before 9/11. Afterwards the entire world helped in hunting down the groups that had taken it to a level of terrorism.
It’s always projection from colonist/imperialist types. They can’t imagine social structures beyond oppressive colonial ones, so of course them not being the oppressor automatically makes them the oppressed.
Imperialism is sometimes a two sided event. One wants to be imperialist while the other is already imperialist. America is one of the biggest imperialist on the planet. I wish Europe and Asia wouldn’t be so reliant on them it just screams imperialism without imperialism on the menu.
Imperialism is a one sided relationship, although there are of course inter-imperial rivalries. The US empire is the imperialist, its allies, largely former colonial nations themselves, are really nothing more than vassal states.
The heavy reliance of US allies on the US is by design. These nations didn’t have a choice in the matter. That’s one of the primary ways the US has survived so long as such a dominant imperial power. Of course these vassal nations participate in adventurism and neo-colonialism in the global south because they have their material interests to attend to, be those nurturing the relationship with the US, enriching their own capitalist class, or staving off revolt in their own populations.
surely terrorism couldn’t be because of the overthrow of s
Democratically elected leftist governments in the Middle East that spawned multiple right-wing theocratic regimes…

These world domination plans rarely pan out.
Why do you think an end to US world domination is a world domination plan?

Brown people uniting would not be taking over the world, it would be reclaiming their world from the world domination of the European colonial project
