The colonists had invaded and illegally occupied territory. Their presence is contrary to the 4th Geneva Convention. And as such, constitutes yet another in the list of #israeli #warcrimes.
You’re right. And a territory ownership dispute totally justifies shooting and trying to kill unarmed civilians. Be better. Also, phrase better. A Palestinian shot six people. An off duty officer shot back and killed him.
You lose the “unarmed civilian” card when you are the colonist of an apartheid state. When you invade others lands, they tend to fight back.
