It’s true. People are good at saying “if you’re bored then you’re boring”, but nobody says “life gets more interesting the more you care about stuff”.
It’s not about you. It never is. People who treat others this way only do that because they’re not looking within and facing their own shit.
I would be worried if FFmpeg depended on a monopolist for any amount of funding though tbqh
