Wolf is really cool. It allowed my low powered laptop to stream from my main PC, while the main PC is being used for other tasks.

Definitely found some issues with it today - sorry if it didnt really work for you. Seems like I missed some stuff with enabling the repositories etc. Especially if you tried the gaming bundle - still more work to be done there.
Its a learning curve for sure, I’m still learning it myself. Openrc seemed to be fairly popular, so thats why I started with that.
There is a few changes such as not using service files and instead using crob jobs, seeing the logs of your tasks need to be hooked into using syslog-ng to consolidate the logs. I’m still learning how you see stuff like the service status etc.
Its been fun learning something new again, and writing a script like this to set it all up for me has been a great way to learn it all.

Ford absolutely SLAMS physics

Best I can do is $2.
Sweet, I’ll have to trawl through some resources and try to figure out what to get. Its far more complicated then I thought ha ha

Most people with jobs can’t afford to just quit. Also the job market at the moment is insane.

When I upgraded my GPU last I tried for the first time since ATI was a thing to leave nvidia and go AMD. I tried to get a 6900XT but just had endless issues with drivers, which I was surprised about because if you believe a majority of Linux users it should have been flawless - it was not. I had endless issues with drivers and games running badly. I caved and returned it for a 3070ti - trust me I tried a lot of things.
Anyway, I’ve since tried AMD again and upgraded to a 9070XT and the transition this time has been absolutely flawless, even keeping the same install (CachyOS has a guide to swap from nvidia to AMD).
This is all to say, don’t believe the hype around AMD but at least give it a try and don’t feel too bad if it doesn’t work out for you. Ultimately both nvidia and AMD have been improving significantly over the years

Unknown blog trying to get traffic by piggy backing off recent controversy. Nothing beats the classics…

I had the Z680s, they were amazing. Easily had them for like 15 years or something
Lots there to take a look at. I’ll definitely be setting up unit tests to test out multiple servers for sure.
Thats great, thanks. By the sounds of it I can probably continue with developed, I just need to find where people are going and what servers have the biggest population.
Thanks again!
Thanks, is there any indication on the number of daily users for some of those servers? Some of the IRC indexes would have usage graphs to get an idea of how popular it was.
Awesom, thanks for that. I’ll do some digging to see how widely used it is. Cheers

Oh get fucked. I’m not using any website that needs me to scan my face or prove my age, no good can come of this.
Icarus. That game is amazing. It has varying tiers of storms which damage you but can also knock over trees that can fall on your base (or you), lightning starting forest fires, dust storms making it impossible to see where youre going etc. All the while needing supplies to survive.
